Global Knife Set

I was given my global knife set as a gift nearly a year ago and since then I have thrown out every other knife in my home! Once you have use any knife in any global knife set you will never want to use another knife, even if its just to cut a sandwich in half. These knives are so sharp that when you first start using them you will need to be very careful not to cut yourself.

I know that cutting yourself is always a risk when your using a sharp knife but even the most careful of us will eventually cut our selves with any knife in a global knife set. They are all sharpened to a point rather than being beveled (like most knives are) and that really seems to make all the difference as to how sharp these knives are! I cut myself with my global knife set after I had it for about a week. It wasn’t a bad cut but it was a quick reminder as to how sharp these knives are!

To prove a point of how sharp these knives are, when you get your global knife set home, get out a good hard potato, you know, one of the ones that will be really hard to cut, and cut in half with one of your new knives! After doing that I have no doubt that you will just throw every other knife in your home away! That’s all that it will take for you to fall in love with your global knife set. I couldn’t believe it when I tried it and the knife glided through the potato like a hot knife through butter.

If you do not own a global knife set then you should really look at getting one. I know that they are expensive but if you can only get one then I suggest the large vegetable knife, it is a favorite in my house and I am sure that it will be in your home too! Then you can finish off your global knife set later on. It really is a knife set that will make your whole kitchen better and it will inspire you to cook more often and try out more things that you would not have tried before. The global knife set has been the best set of knives that ever came into my home and I will never own another knife, ever.
